Leur production principale est la Clairette de Die. Union des jeunes viticulteurs récoltants (UJVR)

Union of young wine producers (UJVR): created in 1961, this extremely original cooperative consists of seven associates who have grouped their properties together to create a unified vineyard, thus pooling their knowledge and skills. The result: a Clairette and a Crémant de Die that are “well worth a visit”. Their resolutely modern winery (open seven days a week) will immediately catch your eye as soon as you arrive in the village of Vercheny. You can visit the winery and enjoy a film show as well as a free tasting.
